Nisa Homes Caseworker - Part-Time

This part-time role involves 28 hours per week, reporting to the Casework Lead. Candidates are expected to have a degree in Social Work or related fields and experience in case management and crisis intervention. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emotional support to clients during crises

• Manage case intake and assess client situations

• Assist clients in navigating housing resources

• Document case notes and service delivery records

• Prepare monthly KPI reports on client outcomes

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work or similar discipline

• At least one year of related experience

• Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills

• Knowledge of crisis-intervention practices

• Reliable vehicle access is an asset
