This part-time role involves 28 hours per week, reporting to the Casework Lead. Candidates are expected to have a degree in Social Work or related fields and experience in case management and crisis intervention. Your ability to communicate and actively listen will be vital in advocating for clients and supporting their paths to self-sufficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide emotional support to clients during crises
• Manage case intake and assess client situations
• Assist clients in navigating housing resources
• Document case notes and service delivery records
• Prepare monthly KPI reports on client outcomes
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work or similar discipline
• At least one year of related experience
• Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills
• Knowledge of crisis-intervention practices
• Reliable vehicle access is an asset
