Part-Time Caseworker Position

Be a catalyst for change as a part-time Caseworker with Nisa Homes in Edmonton. This role emphasizes crisis intervention, emotional support, and comprehensive case management to uplift clients in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate crisis intervention and emotional support for clients

• Conduct client assessments and ensure proper case management

• Help clients secure access to transitional shelter services

• Create and implement safety plans addressing client needs

• Document and maintain accurate client case files

Requirements:

• Relevant Degree or Diploma in human/social service field

• Minimum one year related experience in casework

• Strong communication, listening, and conflict resolution skills

• Experience in crisis intervention methodologies

• Reliable vehicle and First Aid/CPR certificate are assets
