The role requires establishing partnerships across social service providers, schools, and other entities to promote ODG's services. A commitment to our mission and a solid understanding of Disability, Equity, and Inclusion principles are necessary. You should have a diploma in a related field along with three years of relevant experience to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strengthen partnerships with diverse local organizations
• Lead community outreach initiatives and events
• Promote ODG services to various stakeholders
• Foster strong relationships with indigenous and cultural communities
• Facilitate discussions around shared client solutions
Requirements:
• Diploma in Marketing, Business, or Human Resources
• At least three years of experience in a similar role
• Valid Driver’s License with personal vehicle access
• Clear criminal records check including vulnerable sector
• Knowledge of human rights and DEI guidelines
