Make a difference as a Court and Support Worker with the Eastern Alberta Regional Victim Serving Society. This role supports victims of crime with part-time or full-time hours available.

Join our inclusive team at EARVSS in Athabasca, Redwater, Wabasca, or Westlock. We are looking for individuals with experience in the court system or a background in Social Work. The role offers Monday to Friday regular hours with on-call rotations for evenings and weekends, providing a unique opportunity to help others during challenging times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support victims navigating the court system

• Assist in crisis intervention and resource referral

• Collaborate with law enforcement and legal entities

• Maintain accurate records of case interactions

• Participate in ongoing training and development

Requirements:

• Experience in the court system or a Social Work education

• Excellent communication skills and empathy

• Availability for on-call rotations during evenings/weekends

• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities

• Commitment to diversity and inclusivity in service
