Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze information to ensure family safety
• Facilitate meetings and set goals for families
• Engage children in the decision-making process
• Respond to legal matters and urgent situations
• Document case notes and manage records accurately
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Social Work with 1 year related experience
• Familiarity with Child Intervention frameworks
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Strong judgment and relationship-building skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and personal vehicle
