Position: Hybrid Employment Resource Coordinator Position
Become an essential part of Prospect’s mission as the Employment Resource Centre Coordinator in Edmonton. This hybrid role supports clients toward achieving their employment goals through tailored resources.

In this full-time, six-month contract, you will play a critical role in ensuring clients have access to vital employment services. With a focus on assessment, resource maintenance, and community relations, you'll work to create a welcoming atmosphere and effective support strategies. Your experience in career services will empower clients in their job search.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer client intake processes efficiently

• Provide computer assistance and job application support

• Develop and maintain relevant client resources

• Engage with community partners for collaborative solutions

• Organize and facilitate skill-building workshops

Requirements:

• Academic qualifications or experience in career services

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency

• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus

• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
