Edmonton Case Management Counsellor Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess client needs for services

• Develop specialized service plans with client collaboration

• Assist newcomers in accessing health and social services

• Conduct orientation sessions on settlement topics

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work or related field

• Minimum of 2 years experience with newcomers

• Required language:
Ughyur

• Valid driver’s license with a personal vehicle

• Police check and child intervention record check required
