Become an After-Hours Program Supervisor with Care Pros in Edmonton, Alberta. This full-time, temporary role demands crisis management skills to support youth and mentor frontline staff effectively.
Care Pros seeks an After-Hours Program Supervisor to lead overnight operations. You will coach Child and Youth Care Workers while managing critical incidents and ensuring high-quality care. This position requires a proactive and resilient approach to support youth with complex needs and empower front-line employees through mentorship and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage after-hours crises effectively and calmly
• Coach and mentor Child and Youth Care Workers
• Support staffing, scheduling, and workflow organization
• Complete Critical Incident Reports for safety compliance
• Liaise with stakeholders for coordinated care
Requirements:
• 2 years managing crisis situations in care
• 2 years direct care experience with developmental disabilities
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Clear criminal and intervention record checks
