Assigned to the Family & Children’s Unit, this role involves ensuring the effectiveness of child protective services through comprehensive monitoring and evaluation. You will design training programs, assess staff needs, and engage with county partners to improve service delivery for families in need. Your expertise will foster a safer environment for children by developing quality assurance practices across the unit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement quality improvement plans for child protective services
• Train staff on compliance and best practices
• Analyze performance metrics to enhance service delivery
• Collaborate with county agencies for resource optimization
• Provide supervision during emergency on-call situations
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in social work or a human services field
• 2-3 years of related experience in child welfare
• Strong analytical and training skills
• Valid driver’s license in North Carolina
• Required criminal history background check
