Position: Edmonton Social Worker for Reintegration

In this full-time, fixed-term position, you’ll be integral to supporting clients’ transitions after incarceration. Your clinical expertise will help meet their mental health and addiction needs through assessments and tailored support programs. Collaboration with other agencies will enhance your ability to facilitate positive outcomes for each individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide thorough assessments for clients’ needs

• Administer client care for mental health and addiction

• Facilitate group interventions for recovery support

• Document client interactions and referrals accurately

• Engage with community resources for comprehensive support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work required

• Two years’ experience working with vulnerable populations preferred

• Sound understanding of community health resources

• Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle

• Strong interpersonal and advocacy skills required
