Key Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to identify job matches

• Support assertive job searches using best practices

• Provide tailored pre-employment guidance

• Evaluate potential workplaces for client needs

• Foster employer partnerships for ongoing placements

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education is an asset

• Prior experience supporting young adults preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Must possess a valid Alberta driver's license
