In this vital role, you will work as a Social Worker for CKAM, helping children, youth, and families through comprehensive assessments, case plans, and community collaboration. This position focuses on promoting safety, stability, and cultural considerations, ensuring families receive the resources they need to thrive. You will engage with various stakeholders and lead innovative solutions to address complex familial challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify family needs

• Develop and implement supportive case plans for families

• Facilitate crisis intervention and mediation when necessary

• Coordinate resource access and community support for families

• Monitor case progress and adjust plans for well-being

Requirements:

• Social Work Diploma with 3–5 years of experience

• Understanding of child welfare issues affecting families

• Experience in family case planning and support

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License

• Police Information Check required
