Inpatient Social Worker II Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in comprehensive psychosocial and financial assessments

• Create timely intervention plans for patient support

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions

Requirements:

• Completion of a Social Work bachelor's degree

• Active eligibility with Alberta College of Social Workers

• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation

• Skills in ethical decision-making and risk assessment

• Knowledge of community resource navigation
