As an After-Hours Program Supervisor, you will direct operations during the overnight shift while providing crucial support to Child and Youth Care Workers.
Your role will involve coaching team members and ensuring quality, trauma-informed care for youth. The position is about leading with empathy and decisiveness in challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage after-hours crises and de-escalate situations
• Mentor front-line Child and Youth Care Workers
• Ensure effective staffing and scheduling
• Complete Critical Incident Reports as needed
• Coordinate with stakeholders for service efficiency
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in crisis management
• 2 years direct care experience is essential
• Preferred supervisory experience of 1 year
• Post-secondary qualifications in relevant fields
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
