Youth Program Supervisor

Take on the role of After-Hours Program Supervisor with Care Pros in Edmonton, Alberta. This temporary position focuses on crisis management and empowering frontline staff in their care responsibilities.

As an After-Hours Program Supervisor, you will direct operations during the overnight shift while providing crucial support to Child and Youth Care Workers.

• Manage after-hours crises and de-escalate situations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in crisis management

• 2 years direct care experience is essential

• Preferred supervisory experience of 1 year

• Post-secondary qualifications in relevant fields

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
