Engagement Coordinator - Student Life

As a Student Life Assistant at NAIT, you will play an integral role in enhancing student life by delivering impactful programs and services. Responsibilities include creating relevant social media content and helping coordinate events aimed at boosting student involvement. The role may require flexibility with work hours during evenings and weekends, ensuring broad support for various student initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and schedule engaging social media campaigns

• Assist in organizing mentorship and engagement activities

• Maintain the VOME library for volunteer resources

• Collect and report student feedback and service concerns

• Complete other related tasks as necessary

Requirements:

• Current NAIT student with good academic standing

• Completion of grade 12 or equivalent experience

• Some customer service or retail experience

• Familiarity with administrative best practices

• Capacity to lift items up to 18 kg (40 lbs)
