Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain administrative files accurately
• Provide strength-based support to participants
• Ensure health and safety compliance in the facility
• Liaise with community partners and professionals
• Document interactions and necessary referrals accurately
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in a human services field
• Experience in residential programs is essential
• Knowledge of mental health and family violence
• Strong communication and crisis response skills
• Valid first aid and CPR certification required
