Overnight Caseworker

Position: Overnight Support Caseworker Role
Become an Overnight Support Caseworker at en Compass, facilitating change for men at Shenn Way House. Engage participants through supportive relationships and effective communication.

This role requires you to provide hands-on support to residents, promoting a safe and therapeutic environment. Your responsibilities include keeping accurate documentation, ensuring adherence to program rules, and engaging with clients about their personal goals. You'll work overnight, contributing to a constructive and secure atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor all administrative files effectively

• Ensure accurate data entry and program assessments

• Document all interactions in log books and reports

• Support residents in achieving individual service goals

• Foster positive relationships with community partners

Requirements:

• Educational background in human services or equivalent

• Prior experience working in residential support roles

• Knowledge in mental health and abuse recovery

• Effective communication and relationship-building skills

• Must hold a valid first aid and CPR certification
