Lead holistic wellness initiatives as an Experienced Wellness Manager with e4c. Focus on fostering a nurturing environment for residents dealing with trauma, mental health, and substance use challenges.
As the Experienced Wellness Manager at e4c, you will collaborate closely with the Site Manager to enhance the well-being of residents in a supportive housing setting.
Your role includes mentoring Wellness Coaches, designing wellness strategies, and ensuring compliance with organizational objectives. You will engage in community-building efforts while fostering healing through authentic relationships with residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate resident intakes into Housing Programs
• Support and mentor a team of Wellness Coaches
• Develop and manage wellness programming aligned with resident needs
• Ensure efficient use of program resources and budgets
• Facilitate community engagement and integrated activities
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Services or a related area
• 3+ years supervisory background in social services
• Valid certifications in First Aid, CPR, and harm reduction practices
• Clean Class 5 Driver's License and associated documentation
• Expertise in trauma-informed, person-centered care approaches
