Bowline Health is seeking a skilled Recovery Coach for their Edmonton Navigation Centre. In this casual role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for those in urgent need. Employing motivational interviewing and trauma-informed approaches, you'll help participants navigate their recovery journey while advocating for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline recovery coaching support in the center

• Conduct rapid assessments for urgent participant needs

• Connect participants to housing and treatment services quickly

• Collaborate with participants to understand their goals

• Accurately document participant interactions and outcomes

Requirements:

• Completion of peer recovery support training preferred

• 1–2 years experience in peer support or crisis work

• Deep understanding of addiction and marginalized needs

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Minimum two years of sustained recovery
