Bissell Centre Family Intervention Manager

Join Bissell Centre as the Family Intervention Manager, driving community support and intervention strategies to empower families. This position requires strong leadership and a commitment to social service excellence.

In this role, you will oversee the Family Intervention Program, managing a team dedicated to providing culturally responsive support to children and families. Your duties will include ensuring compliance with standards and facilitating collaboration with various agencies to enhance service delivery and family outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic oversight of family service initiatives

• Maintain strict contract compliance per funder guidelines

• Develop and track annual operational goals and plans

• Serve as the key contact for collaborative case management

• Ensure participant insights inform program development

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work or a related discipline

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience

• Active registration with Alberta College of Social Workers (if applicable)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Knowledgeable in Alberta’s Child Intervention Practice Framework
