Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and engage with youth in playful ways

• Address crisis situations with empathetic intervention

• Maintain detailed documentation of daily activities

• Collaborate with supervisors on individualized care plans

• Organize and lead recreational activities

Requirements:

• Deep passion for youth support with complex needs

• Experience in relevant care fields beneficial

• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations

• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License and reliable vehicle

• Current First Aid certification required
