This role is crucial in the 24/7 Crisis and Navigation programs, providing multi-channel support to those in distress. You will assess client needs and connect them to essential resources, collaborating closely with service providers and contributing to data-driven service improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide multi-channel navigation support, including phone and chat
• Evaluate client needs and assess for services
• Advocate and facilitate connections to service providers
• Conduct detailed risk assessments and implement interventions
• Record client interactions accurately and confidentially
Requirements:
• Post-secondary credential or related experience
• Minimum 1 year in a service-focused role
• Clear Police Information and Intervention Record Checks
• Crisis service experience is an asset
• Strong communication and emotional resilience skills
