Community Impact Program Manager - Youth Focused

Join e4c as a Program Manager for the Youth Housing Program and make a difference in the lives of youth aged 13-17. Deliver trauma-informed care and foster community connections.

In this leadership role, you will manage Youth Housing Services, ensuring that programs exceed established quality standards and effectively meet the needs of marginalized youth. Your contributions will include enhancing service delivery through collaboration with community partners and leading a dedicated team of staff. You will also play a crucial role in driving program evaluation and fiscal health to support the mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operational and service delivery for Youth Housing

• Develop quality frameworks and best practice initiatives

• Cultivate partnerships to enhance service delivery

• Monitor youth care and support individualized wellness

• Oversee safety, risk management, and compliance

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Services or related area

• 7+ years experience with high-risk youth

• 5+ years in a management capacity

• Familiarity with First Nations youth services

• Strong financial management and evaluation skills
