In this role, you will focus on youth aged 16-24, providing outreach and case management through the Housing division at en Compass Community Safety Agency.
Your role will emphasize using the Critical Time Intervention model, ensuring clients reach their housing objectives while building self-sufficiency. You will engage with clients to develop personalized goals and connect them with necessary community resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a diverse caseload of youth clients
• Role model essential life and social skills
• Facilitate necessary referrals to support services
• Engage in community outreach with stakeholders
• Implement documentation and data collection procedures
Requirements:
• Diploma in a related human services discipline
• Experience working with youth facing complex barriers
• Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
• Certification in First Aid and CPR required
