Family Connections Facilitator

Join Boyle Street Community Services as a Family Connections Facilitator in Edmonton, AB. This temporary role focuses on building family relationships and providing community resources.

In this full-time position, you will collaborate with families and service teams to promote safety and healthy dynamics. Your responsibilities will include offering parenting feedback, managing safety concerns, and providing life skills coaching. A focus on cultural connections will also empower families and enhance their support networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop collaborative family support plans

• Build trusting relationships with families

• Provide feedback on parenting techniques

• Address safety concerns through coaching

• Connect families with community resources

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Human Services or related field

• Three years of experience in human services

• Certification in family group conferencing is an asset

• Valid Class 5 driver's license and vehicle

• Recent Police Check and First Aid certification
