Client Services Worker

Support client skill development as a Client Services Worker in Evans, Edmonton, using community access and front-line service skills. The schedule includes 42 wake hours weekly.

Reporting to a Supervisor of Client Services, this front-line position works mainly within a team, while also supporting programs independently. You will help clients pursue and fulfill their goals, objectives, and aspirations through practical skill development. Responsibilities include personal care, diabetes care, lifting, transferring, and behavior support plans.

• Support clients in developing skills and competencies
• Facilitate progress toward client goals and aspirations
• Work within teams and independently through community access
• Provide personal care and diabetes care
• Complete lifting, transferring, and behavior support duties

• High school education or current high school enrollment
• Proficient English language command and comprehension
• Police Information Check acceptable for employment
• Computer literacy and basic office application proficiency
• Emergency First Aid, CPR, and required program qualifications
