Support participants through social programs, case management, and life skills development in a part-time ministry unit position. This role includes rotating weekend shifts.
The Salvation Army is seeking a Client Care Support professional to assist participants with community-based programming. You will support referrals, crisis response, documentation, medication processes, and daily living development. The work reflects the organization’s mission, values, and service commitment.
Key Responsibilities:- Support social, recreational, community, and life skills activities
- Assist with interviews, needs assessments, referrals, and intake processes
- Respond to crises using de-escalation techniques and interventions
- Provide case management support and complete required documentation
- Support cooking, food handling, transportation, and participant classes
- Post-secondary education in a human service related field
- Minimum one year of related social services experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Current Standard First Aid with Level C CPR certification
- Current Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification
