We’re looking for a creative and technically-minded Gameplay & Mechanics Designer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for designing, prototyping, and refining engaging gameplay systems and mechanics using Unreal Engine 5. You’ll work closely with designers, artists, and programmers to bring immersive, responsive, and fun gameplay experiences to life.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement core gameplay mechanics using Blueprints and/or C++.

Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth integration of systems.

Rapidly prototype features and iterate based on feedback and testing.

Balance mechanics to support narrative, pacing, and player experience.

Document systems and maintain design consistency throughout the project.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of Unreal Engine 5 (Blueprints and/or C++).

Solid grasp of gameplay design principles, player psychology, and iteration.

Experience creating mechanics in a shipped or in-development title is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
