Technical Lead, Software Development, Cloud Engineer - Software

Auxo is hiring a Tech Lead for a startup reinventing how manufacturing companies source and manage custom parts.

You’ll work directly with the CTO to shape technical direction, contribute hands‑on to a Python/React platform, and help scale a lean engineering team as they modernize one of the most overlooked parts of industrial supply chains.

• Work closely with the CTO to set technical direction and make key architecture calls
• Lead implementation of complex backend and full‑stack features in Python, React, and PostgreSQL
• Improve platform performance, security, and reliability as usage grows
• Manage infrastructure on AWS and deployment pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes
• Coach and support a small team through pairing, code reviews, and strong examples
• Drive clean design patterns, strong testing practices, and consistent code quality
• Own sprint delivery alongside Product and help the team execute predictably
• Lead integration work with third‑party ERP systems and external APIs

• 8+ years shipping software in SaaS companies, with recent experience as a Tech Lead or Architect
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with Python(Django), React, Postgre
  
  SQL, and Celery
• Strong systems thinker with a track record of building scalable cloud platforms
• Comfortable running infrastructure on AWS and managing CI/CD with modern Dev Ops tools
• Proven ability to coach engineers, drive best practices, and keep quality high without slowing down
• Strong communicator who can simplify complexity, ask good questions, and help align product and engineering
• Pragmatic, curious, and energized by early‑stage environments where you can actually move the needle
