In your new role within the Digital Solutions and Services Department at C-FER, you'll work side by side with engineering teams to design and implement essential software systems. Your contributions will not only support existing clients but also drive the innovation of new solutions in complex operational environments. This position offers opportunities for leadership, mentoring, and guidance within the Software Development Team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement software products with engineering teams
• Maintain and support software for clients
• Estimate and guide software modifications
• Troubleshoot issues to enhance user experience
• Document software development processes and guidelines
Requirements:
• 5+ years with a relevant degree or 7+ years experience
• Skills in C# .NET, Visual C++, and ASP.NET
• Proficient in SQL database design and programming
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
