As a key member of our Incentives Development team, you will leverage your 7+ years of software development experience, focusing on maintaining quality and scalability. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize features in our single-page application, Varicent Incentives, using React, Redux, C#, and AWS. Your technical expertise will drive enhancements in cloud infrastructure and application performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new features for our REST API
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Design teams
• Optimize performance across large datasets
• Automate CI/CD deployments using Infrastructure-as-Code
• Identify and resolve platform performance issues
Requirements:
• 7+ years in software development, data-intensive focus
• Proficient in C#, Java, or C++
• Experience with AWS services, including Lambda and S3
• Understanding of ELT/ETL processes
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
