Key Responsibilities:
• Own robot reliability through all development stages
• Analyze behaviors across hardware and software subsystems
• Reproduce and debug failures using simulation tools
• Drive issue resolution collaboratively across teams
• Prevent recurring failures with thorough testing
Requirements:
• 3+ years in production software for real-time systems
• Experience with incident response and reliability maintenance
• Proficiency in C++ and Python programming
• Strong debugging capabilities using logs and telemetry
