Full Stack Application Developer / Application Development Support Specialist
Government of Alberta (GoA) – Technology and Innovation – Economic Intelligence & Investment Services Branch.

Our client requires up to fifty (50) Full Stack Developers to work on service innovation, program review and digital transformation projects. The Full Stack Developers will work as part of cross‑functional teams to design, develop and maintain web‑based applications, APIs and integrated services.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications.

Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Implement best practices for security, performance, and scalability.

Participate in code reviews, continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience using source control, particularly Git, in collaborative software development.

Strong understanding of application security and secure coding principles.

Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate or other low‑code platforms is an advantage.
