This role in the Crane smart and Rigsmart divisions offers the chance to lead the development of innovative wireless solutions. You will handle everything from software design to testing and field deployment, ensuring operational excellence. Expertise in C and C++ will be crucial for successful implementation and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of embedded software and firmware

• Create diagnostics and support device configurations

• Test and optimize performance of existing applications

• Participate in code reviews and root-cause analysis

• Occasionally travel for on-site testing and installations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent

• Five or more years in embedded software development

• Strong skills in C and C++ programming

• Experience with real-time systems and device drivers

• Ability to work in industrial environments and travel
