As an Embedded Systems Developer at Volant, you will report to the Senior Technology Engineer, specializing in full lifecycle firmware development. This includes integrating with mechanical tools designed for instrumentation and automation, while collaborating closely with cross-functional electrical, mechanical, and software teams.

Your role is crucial for enhancing safety, efficiency, and the integrity of well construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prototype and develop firmware for embedded hardware solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product design

• Conduct final bench testing of developed solutions

• Optimize embedded C/C++ applications for performance

• Troubleshoot hardware and data processing issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in embedded programming with C/C++

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering fields

• Experience with ARM microcontrollers and RTOS

• Familiarity with Bluetooth and Zigbee communications

• Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities
