You’ll help shape technical solutions and turn business needs into secure, maintainable, and scalable software that delivers real value. At the heart of how we work is AI Spec-Driven Development, a disciplined approach where well-defined specifications guide AI Coding Agents in producing secure, maintainable, and testable software  won’t just write code, you’ll help define the specifications, requirements, and technical direction that enable AI to do it well, making strong engineering judgment, systems thinking, and spec quality some of your most valuable skills.
