In this pivotal role, you will manage engineering efforts within Jobber’s SP Operations group, centered on improving tools for service providers. You'll work collaboratively with product, design, and leadership teams to ensure delivery of high-quality software that meets the needs of small businesses. Guiding your engineering team, you’ll foster development and growth in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster individual team member growth and skill mastery
• Support regular feedback and mentorship sessions
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding top talent
• Identify and eliminate roadblocks for efficiency
• Work closely with other departments for comprehensive solutions
Requirements:
• Established software engineering experience and leadership
• Strong full-stack skills with design expertise
• Flexibility to lead effectively in changing environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with AI tools preferred
