In this role, you'll act as a key technical liaison for throughout its various brands. You'll harness skills like systems analysis, API integrations, and problem-solving while collaborating with teams across Product, Engineering, and Support. Your contributions will help design and support business solutions that leverage AI technology for various platforms like Hostopia and Host Papa.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document partner business and technical requirements
• Lead technical discovery sessions and planning discussions
• Evaluate partner environments for scalable solutions
• Support API integrations and migrations
• Translate partner needs into clear technical tasks
Requirements:
• Experience in Solutions Engineering or similar roles
• Strong understanding of technical solution design
• Proficient in API integrations and implementation planning
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
