Design scalable enterprise applications remotely in Canada using Java and Spring Boot. Build reliable microservices while collaborating across engineering, architecture, and delivery teams.
As a Senior Java Developer, you will develop and maintain enterprise applications with Java 8, 11, 17+, and Spring Boot. You will support distributed systems, integrate RESTful APIs, and create Python automation tools. Collaboration includes architects, product owners, QA engineers, Dev Ops teams, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and maintain enterprise applications with Java and Spring Boot
- Build scalable microservices architectures and distributed systems
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs across services
- Create Python automation tools, scripts, and supporting services
- Participate in reviews, troubleshooting, optimization, and architectural discussions
- Six or more years developing enterprise applications with Java
- Strong Spring Boot and Spring ecosystem proficiency
- Hands-on microservices and distributed systems experience
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Remote communication, troubleshooting, and independent work skills
