Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Cold Fusion Developer (10+ years) to maintain and modernize enterprise applications using Cold Fusion, C#, and Oracle
Join a public sector initiative focused on migrating legacy Cold Fusion systems and modernizing enterprise applications. This role spans technical analysis, maintenance, and development across Cold Fusion, C#/.NET, and Oracle to enable stable integrations and support migration. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams while contributing to documentation, knowledge transfer, and ongoing maintenance throughout the modernization lifecycle.
Must Haves
Hands-on Cold Fusion application development, maintenance, and troubleshootingStrong C# and .NET developmentOracle databases including SQL, database structures, queries, and application integration with OracleTranslate existing Cold Fusion business logic and application functionality into C#/.NET solutionsNice to Have
Experience migrating Cold Fusion applications to C#/.NETExperience with legacy application modernization and re-platforming initiativesExperience with Oracle stored procedures, functions, packages, and performance tuningExperience with REST APIs, web services, and system integrationsExperience with ETL processes, data migration, and data validationResponsibilities
Perform technical analysis of existing Cold Fusion applications and business requirements to propose solutionsMaintain legacy Cold Fusion applications to support the transition to modern technologiesSupport the migration of Cold Fusion applications and functionality to C#/.NET-based solutionsDevelop and enhance application code using C# and .NET technologiesWork with Oracle databases, including SQL queries, stored procedures, data structures, and integrationsResolve application defects, incidents, and production issuesDocument application code, technical designs, database structures, interfaces, dependencies, and migration procedures
