Position Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Strategy
Lead and manage all day-to-day operations and coaching staff for the Grade 6–12 Competitive Swimming Program, reporting to the SAS Aquatics Coordinator on program performance, budget, and collaborative outcomes.
Develop and implement competitive swimming programs aligned with SAS values and long-term athlete development pathways.
Participate in aquatics-related research and development initiatives for SAS.
Plan and implement high-quality training programs to support competitive and performance swimmers.
Support and/or coach elementary, development, and High School Varsity teams as required.
Ensure consistent training methodology and seamless progression for student-athletes entering the Grade 6–12 program.
Coach and plan holiday camps and clinics as required (e.g., Summer, Fall, Thanksgiving, Winter breaks)
Coordinate and support day-to-day operations of the Eagle Club Aquatics program.
Plan and coordinate on-campus swim meets and club nights.
Maintain rosters, meet entries, records, and relevant documentation.
Manage program communications and maintain appropriate records.
Actively collaborate with the aquatics coaching team across preschool to Grade 12.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with Singapore Aquatics.
Network with coaches from other schools and swimming clubs locally and internationally.
Support the interests of IASAS, ACSIS, and other athletic associations as defined by SAS.
Ensure child safeguarding and pool health and safety protocols are followed at all times.
Assist in the delivery of professional development for aquatics and relevant staff.
Undertake required training and support other areas of the program as needed.
Travel within Singapore and internationally for competitions.
Complete other duties and projects as assigned by the SAS Aquatics Coordinator.
