In the part-time role of Patient Transportation Driver, you will facilitate crucial transportation for medically stable individuals. A class G Driver’s License and knowledge of health and community resources are necessary. This position demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage diverse client needs while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport clients safely to various appointments

• Assist with personal activities and daily living as required

• Complete vehicle safety and mileage checks daily

• Maintain a clean and serviced vehicle for operation

• Document and report issues to Community Support Services Management

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Diploma or acceptable equivalent education

• Valid certifications in CPR and Dangerous Goods transportation

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Dependable with proper attendance history

• Flexibility for varied shift availability
