Customer-Focused Mover

Become a Mover with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Edmonton, Alberta, dedicated to exceptional customer service through careful handling and organization of belongings during moves.

In this role, you will assist the driver/trainer in maneuvering the truck and ensuring all items are properly packed and unpacked. You'll be encouraged to identify customer needs and participate in continuous training to refine your skills. Collaborating within the team to enhance procedures and customer experiences is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help with truck inspections and equipment inventory

• Move and pack customer belongings safely

• Secure the truck after each job

• Ensure paperwork is processed correctly

• Actively participate in team improvement meetings

Requirements:

• Must have a High School Diploma

• Adept at navigating with GPS and maps

• Strong communication skills with all staff

• Ability to take directions effectively

• Capability to lift over 100 pounds
