Driver Route Reclaim WM

Position: Driver Route Reclaim with WM
Join WM as a Driver Route Reclaim, responsible for efficiently managing routes and collecting customer products. Focus on both customer satisfaction and processing unsaleable goods every day.

In this role, directly report to the Regional Operations Manager while driving a company vehicle. Engage in route management, communicate with customers and co-workers, and handle logistics for food bank deliveries. You will record data, follow instructions, and complete required reports while adhering to operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned routes efficiently and effectively

• Collect data using handheld scanning devices

• Communicate professionally with customers and co-workers

• Load/unload boxes for delivery to the warehouse daily

• Complete logbooks and perform vehicle inspections

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in driving and route management

• Valid Driver’s License required

• Certified medical card for CMV/CDL drivers

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to perform basic math calculations
