As the Field Manager, you’ll recruit driving instructors while being the primary contact for resolving any conflicts involving students or parents. Focus on KPIs to uplift lesson delivery standards and collaborate with the leadership team to refine processes. Your insights and strategies will ensure that our services meet and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the liaison for conflicts between stakeholders
• Recruit and select qualified driving instructors
• Track KPI performance and implement enhancements
• Work collaboratively with leadership on service improvements
• Analyze trends and provide training resources to instructors
Requirements:
• High school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience
• Driver education sector experience is advantageous
• Experience in performance management and monitoring
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection best practices
• History of success in member-centric work settings
