We are actively seeking a Dispatcher in Edmonton, AB to join our customer-focused automotive team. Bring your experience in logistics to help coordinate our operations effectively.
As a Dispatcher, you will be crucial in managing deliveries and communication within our automotive aftermarket business. We require a motivated individual with 1 to 3 years of industry experience.
Your role will include coordinating schedules, communicating with drivers and customers, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate delivery and pick-up activities
• Maintain open communication with customers and drivers
• Determine efficient driving routes for timely deliveries
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on scheduling
• Ensure accurate record-keeping for orders and deliveries
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Relevant experience of 1 to 3 years
• Clean driving record with valid license
• Strong customer service proficiency
• Ability to handle equipment weights of up to 50 pounds
