Position: Boom Truck Driver for Shanghai Construction
Location: Stony Plain

Drive and operate boom trucks with Shanghai Construction Group Canada in Stony Plain, Alberta. This full-time role focuses on transporting materials and ensuring safe operations across various project sites.

As a Boom Truck Driver & Operator, you will use your expertise to transport construction materials efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. A minimum of three years of boom truck experience and a valid Class 1 driver’s license are essential for this position. You will work Monday to Friday, ensuring smooth operations at different project locations in the Edmonton region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate boom and dump trucks for transportation duties

• Lift, load, unload, and place materials per specifications

• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Communicate with site crews during material handling

• Maintain accurate logbooks and adhere to safety regulations

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 driver’s license

• At least 3 years of boom truck operating experience

• Journeyman Boom Truck or Mobile Crane ticket required

• Clean driver’s abstract and CSTS certification needed

• Safety tickets are an asset, such as Fall Protection
