As an RTR Operator, you will play a critical role within the Field Services team, working 14-on and 7-off rotations. This position requires a valid Class 3 or Class 1 driver’s license and oil and gas experience is a strong asset. You will be responsible for operating service trucks, managing logistics, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring safe service delivery at the wellsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate RTR service truck units during well servicing

• Handle continuous rod to ensure product integrity

• Conduct preventive maintenance checks on equipment

• Plan and coordinate RTR operations effectively

• Maintain accurate logs and trip inspection reports

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 or Class 1 driver’s license

• Industry training certificates including H2S Alive

• Minimum one year of well servicing experience

• Continuous rod handling experience preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills
