In this in-office role, the Heavy Equipment Rental Coordinator plays a crucial part in planning and scheduling Morgan's heavy equipment fleet across various job sites. You'll collaborate with project managers and internal teams to forecast equipment needs and manage logistics. The position requires a hands-on approach to sourcing and securing rental equipment when necessary, all while maintaining an efficient fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and deploy equipment for ongoing projects
• Forecast equipment needs with Operations team
• Source and secure rental equipment as needed
• Negotiate rates and manage vendor relationships
• Coordinate logistics for mobilization and demobilization
Requirements:
• High school diploma; degree in Supply Chain preferred
• 3-5 years of heavy equipment experience
• Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Positive attitude toward learning and improvement
