Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in unloading trailers and verifying freight

• Scan, sort, and process packages including returns

• Conduct van audits to support sorting operations

• Handle customer pickups and respond to inquiries

• Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics or warehouse operations

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to follow SOPs and resolve issues

• Comfortable in a quick-paced shift-based environment
